I've officially been taking drastic measures for my mental health for 72 days, now. Aside from a change in medication, which was a great start (I switched from Zoloft to Cymbalta), I've learned many new things on this latest journey in life and mental health. We have done a lot of CBT, or cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, or dialectical behavioral therapy, and ACT, or acceptance and commitment therapy.

I will be reviewing these different modalities and showing you the work that we have done to practice the skills in each area. I will also tell you how they have affected me and what has worked for me or what has not worked so well. I will do my best to help others in the same struggles that I have gone through, as well as what I am currently going through.
